Snowcation Competition

Snow-cation Competition entry terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. Participants must possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months beyond the return date of the trip with 3 pages unstamped.
  2. Employees and immediate family members of Portia M are not eligible to participate.

Entry:

  1. To enter the competition, participants must purchase 3 Portia M products from any valid retailer, agent, outlet or Pharmacy where Portia M products are sold and competition entrant details are to be completed and Submitted at https://portiamss.com/snowcation/ complete details required and submit a clear photo of their till slip with the purchase date , store name and products visible along with a photo of their valid passport.
  2. Multiple entries are welcome.

Competition Period:

The competition begins on 17 May 2024 and ends on 13 June 2024.

Entries received or Products purchased outside of this period will not be considered.

Prize:

The prize consists of A “Snowcation” Trip for you and (1) one other traveller – chosen by the winner (over the age of 5) to Lesotho and is Hosted by Roadtrippers SA for the travel dates of 12 -15 July 2024.

The prize includes:

  • Travel to and from Lesotho via transport provided by Roadtrippers SA
  • 2 night’s accommodation at New Oxbow Lodge
  • 1-night Protea Hotel (Clarens)
  • Breakfast Daily x 3
  • Dinners x 2
  • Bum boarding at Afriski
  • Zipline activity in Clarens
  • Cultural tour of Liphofung caves
  • Pajama Party with A SA DJ
  1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    2. The winner will be notified via email or phone as provided with entry within 5 days of the end of the competition.
    3. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Portia M

Travel:

  1. Travel arrangements are as specified above and excludes travel to and from the start and end destination
  2. The winner and the chosen companion is responsible for ensuring all travel documentation is in order before the trip.
  3. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize package such as meals and any other activities not specified, travel to the Trip start and Trip end point is excluded.
  4. Publicity:
    1. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Portia M to use their name and likeness, videos and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy:

  1. Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
  2. Disqualification:
    1. Portia M reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

Amendments:

  1. Portia M reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Governing Law:
    1. This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa
  3. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
